What Is Breathwork
Breath as a
healing practice.
Breathwork is the intentional use of breathing techniques to shift your physical, emotional, and mental state. It's one of the most direct pathways into the body, and into what the body is holding.
Unlike talk-based approaches, breathwork bypasses the thinking mind and goes straight to where patterns, emotions, and tension actually live. It can unlock what years of conversation sometimes cannot reach.
I use breathwork as both a standalone practice and as an integrated tool within coaching. With the intention to cultivate more presence, more connection, and deep release.

Format 01
1-on-1 Breathwork
A deeply personalized session, focused entirely on your unique needs and intentions. Private, unhurried, and fully tailored to your pace and energy.

Format 02
Group Breathwork
Breathwork held in community. The shared field of a group can deepen and amplify your personal experience in ways that 1-on-1 sessions sometimes can't.

- Opening circle and intention setting
- Guided group breathwork journey
- Collective energy and support
- Closing integration and optional sharing
- A sense of connection that extends beyond the session
